CASE HISTORY Patient Details A 50 year old male ,daily labour,resident of Nalgonda presented with Chief Complaint Pain in the region of kidney Latest duration:since 2 months Old duration:1year back History of present illness Patient was apparently alright 1 year back,then there was onset of pain in the kidney region.Since 1 month dialysis is being done.1 year back the pain was relieved by taking medicines,after stopping taking of medicines there was onset of pain again since 2 months Past History Patient took medicines for the kidney pain one year back Non Diabetic difficulty in breathing since 2 months hypertension since 2 months Family History No history...
